bank — Collabrio never holds your money and never stores card

Automatic lease renewals.
Choose a window (say, 60 days before lease end) and Collabrio
generates a renewal offer at the right time. Tenants accept
or decline in the portal; an accepted renewal becomes a new
lease on the same property, with all tenants carried over.
DocuSign e-signatures, your account.
Send a lease to your tenants for signature using your own
DocuSign credentials. Your RSA private key is encrypted at
rest with envelope encryption — we use it to sign JWT

This marketing site uses no cookies.
No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no analytics
beacons — nothing that needs your consent under
GDPR/ePrivacy or CCPA. We've kept it that way on
purpose.
The app and tenant portal use strictly-necessary
local storage only. A signed-in session token and
your organization key are stored in your browser's
localStorage so you don't have to sign in on
every page. This is functional storage — required for
authentication to work — and exempt from consent
requirements. We never read it cross-site.
No third-party tracking. Collabrio has no
integration with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or
similar trackers. The only third parties that ever see your
data are payment, signature, and accounting providers
(Stripe, DocuSign, QuickBooks Online) that you
connect with your own account.
Your right to erasure works. Tenants and
applicants can self-serve a GDPR/CCPA deletion request from
the portal; landlords can do the same from the app. PII is
scrubbed; audit metadata legally required for retention is
preserved separately and anonymized.
